This system is tested according to IMO FTPC Part 5 and 6 and IMO FTPC Annex 2, section 2.2.

The system is recommended for ships and oil platforms requiring sound insulating constructions (airborne sound, impact sound and structureborne sound).

Composed of the following:

Bottom layer:  1.5 mm Visco-elastic layer (ACM from Swedac).
2nd layer: 15 mm maxit Floor 4660 Marine Elastic.
3rd layer: 50 mm Rockwool Marine Slab 140 (nominal density of 140 kg/m³).
4th layer: 1.2 mm fibertextile, GeoPro SI 401from GeoTippTex, Hungary or equivalent with nominal density 135 g/m2.
5th layer: Reinforcement net, K-131.
Top layer: 25 mm maxit Floor 4665 Marine Fire.
